My eye was caught immediately by the smashing portrait on the cover, of three children by Benedict Rubbra. I flipped immediately to the review of Jenny Pery's book Point of Balance. I must try and get hold of this! The book is "lavishly illustrated". I'd like to see more of his paintings....

I don't think the TV License people have any more right to enter your home against your will than any ordinary citizen. I'm certainly not an expert but I know a little about computers (I have some experience of this sort of thing) and will help if I can. If you say what make and model of keyboard you have, I'll see if I can make any useful suggestions.
