on a very positive note, I had some good news today and all is not lost.When you originally wrote and asked for clarification of the increased fee, did you say anything like 'If this figure is correct then I shall have to withdraw my child from CH'? If so, this could be taken as giving notice.

you may well be charged a term's fees for withdrawing your daughter without giving the required notice, plus you'll have the expense of a new school uniform & peripherals. Would it be possible to keep her at CH for one more term, so that at least you can give notice? Thanks to all the very supp...

my DD found that new DM shoes when first worn are very hard on the heels causing blisters for first few weeks, this makes marching and long walks from boarding houses to classes very painful, some of the older girls suggested squashing the heels down and wearing them like clogs, doesn't really help....

our assessed fees are now such that we face having to withdraw our children from the school while their 'poorer' peers continue to benefit. I would like to see some evidence that the Foundation are willing to recognise this problem and consider some resolution, rather than to see instead the sad ev...

I dont think any of us are trying to avoid paying as much as we are able to afford, however life does become difficult when there is a disproportionate rise in outgoings

I have to pay into a compulsory pension scheme and as this is now counted as earnings the fees have risen considerably
