Re: Sad news
What tragic news. As others have said, from that crossing you did have a good sight and feel both ways as to when a train was coming. Again, I quite agree that speculation is not necessary, most especially comments about pastoral care. I may have left 6 years ago, but it is second to none. A true tr...

Re: Does anyone know the school latin motto?
I saw that at the beginning of this thread that someone had said that every house had a Latin motto. Can anyone conjure up what Leigh Hunt's was? (Was in Hunt B, and rather interested now!)

Re: Rock School reborn
Well Josh - at least you were brave enough to do it - I was one of the Grecians at the time of filming and had the definite attitude of 'How embarrassing is this - better walk the other way'. Wish I had been less self-righteous now and gotten myself on the blinking TV! At least it will haunt you for...

House Singing Competition?
Is it still going on? Was a great thing when I was at CH - the Hunt B part song was always a winner! So who are the leader's these days current CH'er...

As Mark has done, I too am now studying in the States, at the College of Charleston, in South Carolina. I am doing an MA In history, but if any Old Blues or Current Students want information - just let me know. Also....for international students you don't pay international fees...you pay out of Stat...

So, how are they going to finish without the necessary money?
If they know no one, they really should talk to the Explorers Club.

Hi. Well, I had varying shades of mahagony.....so that it wasn't too eyecatching. They will not be best pleased with a bright dyed red I wouldn't think....mainly due to the fact that you will be 'on show' so to speak to people, especially for marching. R.e TV - You will have 2 hours of 'prep' time (...
