Heirarchy is good

Heirarchy is a good thing, it's a question of what heirarchy. If it's arbitrary then yes, it can be destructive. There no reason per-se for LE to tell 2nd form what to do, or for them to have more priviledges. But, if you give those LE some responsibilities and jobs to do in the house / sports field...
