They're going to sack him on Friday, aren't they?
Should do.
SHOULD being the operative word. I'm sure we'll know by this time next week.

The prison food can't be any worse than at CH.
Possibly Freaky, but I have eaten there since in this modern world, and was very impressed. At the very least, you DO get a choice these days.

Re: A party favourite

I agree with you. It’s hard to imagine so many people would willingly put themselves through the ordeal of reporting to the police, lengthy interviews, the risk of not being believed or the CPS not prosecuting, then the trial itself, all motivated by money or revenge. Believe you me, the CPS will n...

Re: Who Knew What?

In line with something I posted on another thread regarding this distasteful subject, the above seems to prove to me that this type of activity must have started openly after the tenure of C.M.E. Seaman.

Re: The Deputy Head Writes...

I'm saying this now the trials are over and guilty verdicts returned. It is my opinion and I am entitled to it. I think the writing and publication of this article was nothing less than a down-right bl**dy awful and cynical attempt to manoeuvre some positive press up the search engines. The current...

Prison food is notoriously poor.

But Husband might not find the sex much cop either.
Not only is smoking not allowed, therefore tobacco is banned, and I understand KY jelly has to be smuggled in as well.

Re: Should the forum be behind a registration wall?

Julian and I have already spoken about this proposal, and I'm quite agreeable to 'go with the majority''. Reading some of the above posts, I still find it hard to believe that during my 5 and a half years at CH, I never came across child abuse by teachers. I'm not saying it didn't happen. After my l...

Re: The trial of Husband and Dobbie

From the Press Association. Members of a jury were praised for their perseverance in sweltering heat as they deliberated on 21 counts of sexual abuse. The panel of seven women and five men deliberated for 25 hours and 43 minutes over five-and-a-half days in the case of James Husband and Gary Dobbie...

Re: Here we go again

Yet thanks agin, Richard . The snow-ball is now gathering pace and increasing in size. I'm VERY glad that Sussex Police are continuing to investigate some more fresh evidence. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Operation Yewtree and the Rochdale abuse trials have shown victims that they have...

Re: Husband & Dobbie - VERDICTS

When does Karim get the good news? JR has pointed out to me that Karim is apparently now being sentenced in August. My own expectation is that all three will be sentenced together and there will be Probation Reports on all three, which take about four weeks to prepare. So I would expect prize day f...

Re: The trial of Husband and Dobbie

After being found guilty of such serious charges, the idea of them getting bail before sentencing wouldn't have a snow-balls chance in....

I doubt their barristers even considered applying.
