I guess another perspective on the parental-ambassadors is that they're proud of their kids, and how they turned out. Given the ratio of growing-up-time spent at CH, this must be in part due to the influence and opportunities of the school? I felt CH set me up exceptionally well for life, even thoug...

It is Mr Kirby, and yes he wasn't teaching then. I think he had connections with Leigh Hunt, and hence joined in with our house photos. I seem to recall he sometimes brought his Corgi along with him - a viscious little animal. I had Corgis as pets when I was a kid, and loved them - but I'm sure he t...

Leigh Hunt House Photos...

Thought it might be good to try to build up a catalogue of CH House Photos for future reference? Don't know if CH keep one copy of every one in the past, but we could build up an on-line reference of all houses/years? He's a first scan of one of my old house photos. Will add more at a later date. If...

I've got a mate there at the moment - he's enjoying it, although I think he's enjoying himself more than going to lectures!!

Happy to put you both in touch if you'd like.

Yeah, that would be good, provided there's a suitable disclaimer? What is the CH Website FOR? Is it for potential parents, current pupils, potential charitable donators, or what? There's obviously a risk that the content on here doesn't enhance the perception of the school, although I'm very keen th...

We have broken every rule on the Friends Reunited (FR) website, but to good affect I feel! Big thanks to Simon for splitting the FR emailing - it's worked wonders with getting it off the ground. I have been in touch with the head of IT at CH (Mike Harrod), and I believe he forwarded details to the d...
