Brunch in house on a Sunday is his favourite.

Sussex By The Sea
I thought some of you might like to see/hear the band playing Sussex by the Sea at Beating Retreat last Saturday.

Re: 3rd form GCSE options
I suspect they will stick with the iGCSE options and perhaps move more subjects down that route?

Re: Returning forms to school
I have emailed the mouthguard letter. I think you could just write the information in an email or fill it in and attach it.

Re: CH as an educational facility for West Sussex C.C.
was interested in the comment that someone's child was now old enough to travel home on the train. In the pre mass car ownership era every boy ,practically, must have left the school at the end of term by train. I suppose some parents may have met their offspring in London but I do not recall any d...

Re: CH as an educational facility for West Sussex C.C.
As a parent of a child who lives outside of the Home Counties I am very pleased to announce that he is now old enough to travel home on the train and so I do not have to do the 3 hour journey down south. And saves money on petrol as the ticket is only £14.

Re: 3rd form GCSE options
DS is currently in UF so can let you know what happened for him. Can't remember when the options form came out though. Only set 1 Maths are taking the exam early in his year. I know from a conversation I have had with one member of teaching staff at CH that changes to exam board marking/grade boudar...

I wonder why they want the water bills but not the gas or electricity? Surely it's all or nothing.

Re: Cost cutting
Pleased to see a drop in paperwork coming through the door but all of the forms that need returning have been emailed. I do have email access but I don't have a printer. Does the school expect that ALL families will have email and printing facilities? Seems quite an assumption to make.

Re: Cost cutting
Totally agree. All of these articles are on the website. And much of the news is covered in the Headmaster's Letters to current parents.
As we approach the dreaded annual reassessment for fees I would appreciate seeing some cost cutting by CH.
Nice to see DS on the front cover though
