The only person I recognise is Guy Shorey, who is a year older than me.

I just wait for all of your thoughts about how we can improve for the future.
There are lots of minor glitches, so I will be happy to receive offers of help to read through sections, once in the penultimate version, to ensure that major howlers are eliminated.
