However my son did say there is a taster lesson in spanish on Thursday. He's thinking of taking that instead of french, but I'd really like to talk to someone about the disadvantages of completing a foreign language GCSE in 3 years.

As far as i can make out they have 4 choices, 1 of which has to be a language and 1 a humanity. I had no idea they took any early. Hopefully a parent with older children will be along to give us some 'proper' information

I think I've come to the same conclusion, and in some ways it's fair enough, CH does not have an unlimited fund. I have a second child who is due to sit the admissions process starting in October, however he isn't of the same academic calibre as my first so I wasn't holding out a lot of hope anyway.

I've noticed in the bursery form it asks for the amount you pay for both council tax and water. I'm sure these were taken off last years form
