I do sometimes feel that people miss the point of the financial assessment and seem to treat the whole business as a how-little-can-I-get-away-with-paying exercise rather than a stage in the 'deal' that they are making with the school when they accept a place, that they will do their utmost to make...

We are arranging to pay our first lot of fees. Grandma and godparents want to donate towards fees. If it goes into our bank account, does this then count as income and do the fees then rise? Sorry if this has been covered before but it cant seem to find it on search! Also, does anyone know if we can...

done. I think this is a fabulous resource and i feel very much connected to the school via you chaps and ladies and i know my daughter feels comforted by the fact that a few of you will be looking out for her.

My daughter is counting down the days both to her birthday and to her starting CH. Veeeeeery excited. She is all measured up for uniform and we will send this off next week.

our nursemaid said to bring something 'discoish' with her civvies. We're packing two pairs jeans, 6 tops, 2 jumpers and a variety of tights and frilly skirts. I'm tagging everything and will risk the boil wash except for her disco tutu!

Well my daughter, attending Ba A in September, has just drawn my attention to this and is now well worried..... I didnt really need anything else to make her anxious about leaving home. I've just spent the past few months assuring her that she will be well looked after.
