You must have entered your Real Name whilst I was still making changes to the database. I used an old copy of the database to copy over previous real-names which people had entered - so I can only suggest that the (Hills) must have been on the end of your previous real name you'd entered?
Thanks Julian, it makes sense, I was obviously fairly quick off the mark while you were still working.

And I notice you haven't even spelled your surname correctly. What are we going to do with you? (That is a rhetorical question)

How's that for a solution?

I've now made this change to the code. At least indicates whether someone has entered a name, and shows "None" if they haven't, or if it's "Anon."

I've just added another Mod, which adds a randomly selected CH-related question to the registration.

Hopefully this will prevent some of this rubbish spam-bot activity....

Annoying isn't it. I spent nearly an hour researching a post tonight about an applicant and after I put it up I discovered he had deleted the applicant in the meantime! Spoiled my fun and the fun that Yeli, 22, from Santo Domingo would have given JR.

I don't want anyone viewing my bot.

btw, is a spam-bot like a robot but made of spam, as shepherds' pie is made of shepherds?

Just what I would suggest - well done ! But as I'm incurably curious, and we can't re-register, can we have some examples of these "random" questions ? Just to see if we get them right !

Hope the questions are not Horsham related, we want more ladies from Midget's era (and others).

A selection of the questions in there at the moment are:-

Christ's Hospital is close to which Sussex town?
What are ex-pupils of CH called?
What colour are the socks worn by current Blues?
What is the usual abbreviation used for Christ's Hospital School?
Which part of the current CH uniform is bright yellow (one word answer)?
