What's the Question?

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but that's still CH related.

House bread and milk

Post by aguinaga »

Bread and milk now seem abundant in the boarding houses - sometimes you used to open a fridge and it was 100% full of milk, and in the Grecians' houses there was easily enough for more than a pint per person every day.

But house biscuits seem to disappeared a little bit, and it's often only the juniors who are allowed them.

You're lucky - Robin Cook's missus had to put up with Ginger Nuts twice a night. Until he died...
That is appalling bad taste but I couldn't help sniggering.
I'm sorry! I just couldn't help myself (me, not Mrs Cook)
My therapist says I have a preoccupation with vengeance. We’ll see about that.
