VIRTUAL WAR MEMORIAL

11th November 2008 will be the 90th anniversary of the coming into effect of the Armistice which ended World War One. To honour this event a Virtual War Memorial has been posted at

listing the 377 Old Blues known to have died - an astonishing and very sobering total. If anyone has any queries about Old Blue participation in the war or suggested amendments to this list please post them on this forum or pm me.
Attention is also drawn to the event at the school on that day, to which the headmaster has invited Old Blues. See http://www.chassociation.org/index.php for information and contact Michelle or Wendy for details. Anyone who can make it to pay tribute to these noble men and women is strongly urged to attend.
