CHA versus CHOBA

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but that's still CH related.

the answer I repeat --- for the illiterate --

"Founder's Day Dinner, this year, will be held on 16th October, at Christ's Hospital."

I didn't correct the original typo because I wondered if anyone else would notice, and only one person did. And you wonder why we are mods!!

I don't know whether this is the right thread -- but ----
There appear to be more and more efforts to establish OB groups in areas, wherer they, currently, do not exist -- or have fallen into "Disrepair"
The "Old Blue" gives the names of OBs who are currently doing this duty -- but I fear that this seems to be out of date.
Can we ask the new CHOBA (Or Whatever) to take this on board, and get a new list out. We, and the School are missing out on support since ---- you will be amazed to learn --- not all OBs use this Forum !!

Some do not (As yet) receive their BLUE --- and I am one of them !!!!!!!!! (Moan over! )

I agree Neill.

Perhaps our Illustrious Leader JT, could look into it.

There has been a bit of an effort I think, and I've been looking at whether we easily map (very roughly) the locations of Old Blues in the UK, and the world....

I've pointed this topic out to Margaret in the CHOBA office...

I've prototyped it on Google maps - getting a list of partial postcodes (no names, just first 3/4 characters) from the CHOBA office at some point. Should help us identify where there are section gaps, and see if we can encourage a group to form...

Ultimately we need volunteers - so anyone would like to step forward, that'd be great.
