Kerren Simmonds is in hospital

CH Ladies on FB have discovered that Kerren has been very ill recently with, it is said, pneumonia and septicaemia, and has been in intensive care. Only family visits are allowed at present but if anyone would like to send a card, the address is:

I'm afraid I don't have any more information.

Thanks for telling us Annie. Kerren is the nearest I have to a Hertford contemporary on this forum.

Out of Intensive Care. Off ventilator. On Coronary Care. Very Unwell.

Kerren is slightly better today, but is is going to be a long haul I am afraid.

The latest that I have heard (to-day) is that Kerren is improving but she is "still not out of the woods yet". Still family visiting only I believe.

Yes. Kerren is slowly improving. As far as I know, she is expected to be in hospital for about three more weeks.
