Switched the telly on before the news last night and saw the unmistakable face and figure of Paddy Castledine as one of the five contestants for this week. It would appear his cooking day is Friday. The show runs from 5-6 on Channel 4 each evening.
Let us hope he draws on all his culinary expereince gained from the delights of Dining Hall!
