Looking for "Book of Housey Slang"

Hi there,
I believe there's a book out there called "A Book of Housey Slang", compiled by Gerald Atkinson (Pe B 17 - 24). Does anyone know where I can purchase a copy? Or is there anyone on the forum who would be kind enough to lend it to me/ scan me some pages? I'm based in the UK and would be happy to provide further details if anyone can help me out.
