Perhaps we should email you our holiday plans? :)

Just to let everyone know that I shall shortly be returning to work properly so although my replies will not be so rapid, I will still be around.
FYI I'm going to the farm next Monday for a couple of days and after that I will be incommunicado from 20th Jan to at least 10th March somewhere over there >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> (as previously disclosed)

. So there!

Excellent! If this keeps up we won't have to have any more plaintive "Where is everyone?" type threads.

Recalcitrant (candidate for word of day thread?) posters who fail to notify the forum of their movements should be punished by being compelled to run the steeplechase course in gym shoes!

That'll bring 'em into line :D

Hey! this could be a wonderful site for any burglars who just happen to have got Who's Blue or the Directory of Old Blues. Please think twice before saying you will be away from home - remember your addresses may be available to the unscrupulous.

By all means let JT know your movements.

I am not usually paranoid about these things, but ......

I just leave my dobermanns at home, enough to scare anyone.

Don't give away too much, Mary. What will they think? We are, after all, the product of a pure upbringing at the Religious, Royal and Ancient Foundation

I'm not too worried - the only address they have is guarded by wild boar - 50 kg plus of muscle and horn backed up by excellent hearing, good eyesight and a foul temper. Any would-be burglar would leave a widow and not much else

anyway, I wouldn't want dear Helen to get her knickers in a twist because I have no intention of getting them straightened. (Sorry to disappoint)
