I was wondering when someone would twig (groan).

Only noticed it myself this morning. Nothing to do with your horticultural hero, though.

By the way, my wife doesn't think I look like Alan T. (but then she quite fancies Monty Don, I think, and I certainly don't look like him either).

No, not a moderator. I don't think I'd be very good at that!

It's just some technical thing which enables us to stay in touch on CHA matters. For some reason it's turned our names green.

No - I have met them both - they are definitely spring greens (tho the gardener one is wilting around the edges a bit).
