I agree about Saga. When we first moved here we kept getting stuff from Saga not for the people we bought from but for the ones before that. Apparently 2 old dears lived here together and when the house owner died the other one moved, but none of the neighbours knew where. After about 2 years returning the envelopes marked "GONE AWAY", I eventually resorted to "DECEASED---PRESENT WHEREABOUTS UNKNOWN". iT WORKED!
