EnglishAngel ---- I never realised that the sharp pain in my chin, was due to a Heart Attack

If I had only realised this, when I was boxing, I would have retired earlier, from that stupid Sport (And might never have become a Diabetic !)

Apropos "Stings" --- as has been said, SCRAPE a Bee sting off, NEVER pinch it.
The Bee (Hymenoptra Aphis) loses it's poison sac, when it stings --- and dies.
Pinching the sting drives even more poison into the wound, with worse results.


I started keeping Bees at CH, behind the "New" Science Block ----- are the hives still there ? or has H&S intervened ???

The great 'Rip' Kirby's domain in my day. I have no idea if the hives are still in operation !
