I am sure some gentlemen (of a certain age) have some fond memories of this beautiful lady.

Guy Masterson was on Radio 5 talking about her at about 6.10pm - in all the posts about him being an OB I don't recall it ever saying his uncle was Richard Burton (his grandmother's sister's son, so I believe technically a second cousin?).

Yes she was married to Wilding and had 2 sons with him.

Wikipedia has it as below.

Michael Wilding (February 21, 1952 – January 26, 1957) Wilding was 20 years older than Taylor

She really was the ultimate "Star" !------ with all that that entailed !

There was a joke going round, in the days when she was married to Michael Wilding, that we should have an Old Blues Re-union ---and bring our wives !!!

Did you know that MW was an Old Blue ?

R.I.P. Elizabeth !

She did make some great films, and more importantly, raised millions for AIDS charities.

And to think that most of my generation, me included, knew her for having 8 marriages and being a friend of Michael Jackson!

No chance, sadly - he died in 1979.
