I thought that some of the former Hertford girls would enjoy this picture.

Image

I apologise if the quality is not too good

This was 70 or 71.

The tall girl at the back with the centre parting is Sue Betteridge, (7's 65-72) so my exact contemporary.

She is 3rd from the left in the middle row of the 1972 monitresses photo.

2nd from the left, front row... Was that Hilary Monsell? I can't believe that her name sprung to mind after all these years!

I see Hilary Monsell (who is a couple or three years younger in the other pic) and Susan Kirkup (Eights) and is the little one with glasses another younger Kirkup ? and is Miss "blond plaits" Julie Stone's ( Fours) younger sister ? Year 1968?

Please see my latest posting on the other Hertford RAF Foundation pic. I cannot give you any names to the girls in this pic, but the date was 1971.
