I am thinking of placing Bath Uni as my top firm choice to study Chemical Engineering, ne1 that has got information such as accomodation help please reply

I did Modern Languages & European Studies at Bath and had a great time. There was a lot of accomodation on campus when I was there ('92 to '96), mostly for first years and final years, but it wasn't overly cheap.

The campus itself is almost laughably hideous, but the town is beautiful and has loads of pubs, music venues, etc. It's quite a science-based university (MLES is, or was, the only arts course), and it's got loads of top-notch sports facilities (it's a 'Centre of Excellence', or something).

Let me know if you need any more info, although a lot might have changed since I left.

I've got a mate there at the moment - he's enjoying it, although I think he's enjoying himself more than going to lectures!!

would love to get in touch with him some 'inside information' would be nice. At the moment i need to choose accomodation and do not have a clue. I would also like to now what type of jobs are available and what they involve. Money is already a huge problem and im not even there yet.
