Depends what your daughter is going to read.
My son did his PhD at Reading but finished about 4 years ago.

She wants to read Philosophy however she has opted for Philosophy combined with English at Keele.

My daughter's best friend is at Keele doing Psychology and seems to be loving it.

Have known people at UEA and UWE both enjoyed themselves. bl**dy big hill in Bristol though. Reading is a safe bet

Came across this when browsing and just thought I'd mention that she ended up at UEA (University of East Anglia) and loves it.
