What is a Jogger-Dep, anyway?

Geography dep I expect.

"Dep" or deputy grecian to give the full title is the equivalent of Lower 6th or Year 12 in modern parlance.

It also refers to those who stayed on at CH, due to their "Physical Skills" (Un-beaten Rugby XV -- 1st X1 Cricket Etc.)
Mostly not noted for their Academic Ability !

I speak with embarrassment !

Well anyway...

(I've tried three times to post "Back to Topic" & failed - not sure why...)

Have looked at the "Official" forum guidelines and there are a number of terms and conditions I find disquieting or downright strange...

"Members will refrain from any defamation to an individual, including anything which could be deemed to undermine the ethos of CH, or anything that attacks the reputation of an individual or CH in general." (my italics)

Members are asked to post in a way which is consistent with 'normal writing' ie should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, 'shout' or use excessive punctuation."

Excessive ?????? Moi???!!!!!

Do you think it is a member of the English Department who is monitoring it? (????!)
