It's always on a Sunday, so probably won't affect your school trip.................
Re: Residential assessment not completed
Last year it was on the Sunday of the first Bank holiday weekend in May.

The weekend of the Royal Wedding this year and a week after Easter which is very late. The school term starts on 25th April (Easter Monday), then the weekend is a long Bank Holiday for the wedding.

Ooh, so on (or around) Valentines day, we get to find out where we're going to spend our wedding anniversary.
How romantic!

Re: Residential assessment not completed
Are the results posted on the 14th or do they arrive on the 14th? I'm getting a little frustrated waiting now, I'm not expecting my son to get in, but it will be nice to know for sure and be able get on with life, which seems to have been on hold for the last few months!

We're not sure either, the house mistress was unsure herself when telling us. The way we're looking at it is that we hope to have heard by the 15th, any earlier will be a bonus. Really hope slow post doesn't mean we are waiting beyond that though!
Oh to just know for certain either way... People keep asking where my daughter will be going in September... Wish we knew!

It is horrible waiting for the results, you have my sympathy ! I hope that you receive good news - not long to wait now.
