Ha, ha! I am anxiously awaiting next year's fees assessment - given I have a pay freeze but doubting the fees have been frozen.

Imaginary beans on toast is the answer - I see that now :)

Have you tried Stone Soup?
I first heard of it in Costa Rica 40 years ago, so it is a well travelled recipe.
