I don't remember sending my dd to school in September with so much stuff?! Either her debris has bred in captivity or she's packed half her room mates' belongings too!

Our thoughts too !

I can only assume that dd has been regularly depleting the thrift shop of it's stock ;-)

Ahhh! Bag 1 - one slipper, random clothes, 2 chocolate coins, a chap stick (no lid), a sweatshirt, house handbook, a lump of blutack stuck in the corner, 3 envelopes (used!), dried up pack of face wipes ... 4 bags to go and I've not even braved the suitcase yet!

I must confess to not even having unloaded the car yet!
Stuff, yes, most definitely far too much of it. Yet I was so stern about it at the beginning of term...
Next term, must try harder!

Dd's stuff has found it's way into the dining room ... I'm hoping to reclaim the dining room by Christmas day ;-)

Dd hasn't touched a thing. I'm now only half way down number 1 washing bag and wondering why dd doesn't turn her clothes the right way round :-(

I did feel very sorry for the parents of children who play the double bass!

My DS says you need to email the head of music, Andrew Cleary - not sure of his email initials but they will be in the current calendar and also email his teacher.

I LOVE the way the house is now so full of washing, ironing, washing up, piles of books, junk....etc, etc.......how I miss it all when he's away!

Buglers weren't aloud to take them home, although 'Bill' Bailey would expect you to take the mouth-piece home, just to keep your lips firm, you understand, much to the delight of my girl-friend of the time, Clare, in Dorking ! (I wonder where she is now ??)

Simple solution - make HER clean and iron and fold them. She will have to clean, cook etc when she gets a bit older so now is the time to learn when there is a teacher ;looking over her shoulder.

You weaned her off breast / formula milk so now is the time to wean her off having a slave, cook, skivvy, laundrymaid, policewoman, bank etc. at her beck and call.

Not to be sexist, boys should learn the same
