Hah, quite surprised this thread is still going. I should still have the MP3 somewhere, I'll try to dig it out and post it online over the next day or two. Any suggestions for a good location that isn't likely to go offline in the near future?

Regarding the lyrics, the original distributed tapes actually had them printed. I don't have my master copy on me, but I'll try to look them up and post them here at the same time. They're pretty naff / dated, although I remember we all thought they were hilarious at the time.
