Old Blues Football Team for 2006/2007

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but that's still CH related.

I would have expected them to metaphorically bite the hand off an a football administrator with your experience JR!

I look forward to seeing what you have in the next "Old Blue" John.

When is it due for publication?

Just started putting it together, but due out end of September (long lead time as it is holiday season and HOT).

Apparently there was a CAFC supporter in the KOB photo.

Old Blues FC run 3 weekly teams playing Saturday afternoon's in the SAL.

We have recently become an FA Charter Standard Club in under 2 years.

Over 100 CH Old Blues have played for the club in 2 short years.

Our communications are excellent.

We are touring Sofia in May 2014 to celebrate 3 years of OBFC in its current form.

We always welcome new players, supporters, experts, administrators, volunteers, coaches.

The future involves 4 teams, an FA cup run, ladies football, feeder clubs to CH and a new bath tub.

I really look forward to hearing from you and seeing you down the club soon.

Regards,
Dom

I'm still available to help in any way possible, though unfortunately, my playing and officiating days are long-gone.

Just to up-date you, I am an official of Dorking F.C. who play in the Combined Counties League.

To confirm: As the engine room of OBFC - I have never received any request of help..

Maybe this went to the old football project.

Now is the summer of our content however, so without hesitation any and all help is welcome to make the OBFC project a true Housey project.

Contact dominic.roberts@teachfirst.org.uk.

Jon Hopgood - if you are still involved in any way. Articles, photos etc, then just give me a shout.

Cheers all

Welcome aboard Dom.

I have taken a year out from football administration, though anything might happen in the coming season with one Dorking team now promoted to Ryman Div 1 South.

Incidently, John H has stepped down as OB Editor now, but I'm sure that if he can, he will help you out.
