Bovril, yuck, Cod liver oil was supposed to be good for the eyes at one point, as mine were very bad I had 2 tsps a day, now I take the capsules for my arteries, malt extract, a dessertspoonful was given to 2's juniors every morning between November and February.

Hot milk is OK with honey and whixky.

I really like cod liver oil. I bought a huge bottle of it...much cheaper than those capsules. Its got such a nice taste and feel, as it slips down your throat. :D
