The Head Master's house has its own garden and there then appears to be another garden of some sort and then the tennis courts. As a matter of idle curiosity, can anyone tell me anything about that second garden, please?

The Head Master's garden goes back to the Quarter Mile, I think.
The house next door (mostly occupied in my time by Norman Fryer) has quite a small garden. Immediately behind that is a plot which in my time was used for hobby gardens ('house gardens') until the new staff houses were built on it c. 1960.
