I'm not sure that my lifelong hatred of sport was started at CH. I just find the whole affair so dull. People can't believe it when you say you don't support a football team. In fact I actually dislike football so much that I don't even watch it when England are playing. I am predisposed to watching...

I think it did used to be a problem, although I never really encountered it that badly. I remember once being spat on by some people at CH station but other than that it seemed to be restricted to just name calling. Of course this all stopped when we didn't have to wear Housey!

How does everyone remember (or not) Saturday nights throughout their time at CH?

I also watch it every time it's on TV! Absolutley brilliant film, but a bit surreal!

I think the best teachers were the ones who were able to get "sidetracked" into something far more interesting than the lesson in hand and still ended up teaching a useful lesson!

I think marching into lunch became a bit strange after they introduced the cafeteria service at lunch time. It wasn't as though everyone even sat down together properly any more.
