Re: sock ties and other miscellaneous queries

Can't wait to come up for New Entrants Day :D Glad all has gone well...... enjoy ...

Re: Fund raising

I've always been against direct-debit for the very reason they can almost play with your money to their hearts content. Bring back the good old standing-order, I say ! :axe: Interesting points; was the so-called "guarantee" physically signed on behalf of the power company as is required b...

Re: Weddings...

Caroline - No the Household Cavalry horses are not desensitised to noise etc on the same way as the police ones....hence why you see them jumping round the place quite regularly. When I worked in central London (a lifetime ago) it was amasing to see the horses being ridden, quite fast with a trooper...

Re: Weddings...

I suppose this is the Topic on which to comment on today's Royal Event ----- TBA and I were glued to the TV programme, with Breakfast on our knees. I thought is was very well organised, and the Sermon by the Bish of London was brilliant. You will gather that I am a Monarchist -- but a very well edu...

Re: Housing Market

With only 8 weeks to go before the baby is due, our next plan is to take it off the market with our existing agents (who have been useless!) and put it on with ...
