Looking at 3-5 days from order to reading, I think. It takes about 2 days to print, and then assuming you've chosen the cheapest P&P, 1-3 days to deliver. I ordered Friday evening and got it lunchtime Tuesday - do let me know when yours arrives!

Seconding that. He was until very recently my bishop, and also a very gifted writer: I used a few of his books in my essays and was struck at how well written and readable they were.
