I can’t think who else taught Maths- Sprosen, O’Boyle and a very young teacher who can’t have been more than about 23? To say he had crowd control problems would be putting it mildly.

Good. Mr Mason was one of my favourite teachers, although he taught one of my least favourite subjects.

During my time many (most?) staff also owned properties in nearby towns that were rented out so they were on the property ladder whilst enjoying CH accommodation, which made sense.
