There appears to be some confusion about the GCSE issue. At the moment we ask the 3rd form to choose their options for GCSE, hence they will 'start' the GCSE programme on the LE. This is very unusual as most schools ask the LE to opt at the end of the year and hence start on the UF. That is what he is concerned about.

I don't think it is either. Second gen maybe, but not truly multiracial.

Depends what you class as 'multi racial'...

The school has a strong ethnic mix - maybe that's where I'm getting confused - but not that many come outside of the UK. Not many people come from outside of the south east and I think that is what should be expanded upon first!
