Looking at the Autumn 2016 edition of housey, back page, I was somewhat surprised by the photo.

A boy in full uniform is standing, obviously making some verbal point BUT his uniform coat seems weird. The bottom button (he is not a button grecian even though the collar is cut as for a button grecian) is close to the level of his crotch and his girdle is far above it.

Is this just an ill fitting coat or has the design changed.
What happens if a politician drowns in a river? That is pollution.
What happens if all of them drown? That is solution!!!

See what you mean about the collar, but that appears to be the new thing -- see the pic on page 9, with people around the Fountain. All the boys' coat collars are cut that way.
The lowness of the bottom button may just be an effect of the highness (and tightness) of the girdle.
