Optimist! There have been quite a few cases of people being chucked out and then coming back under different names to do more nasties. Our government should make that a crime with a stiff and very unpleasant punishment. France has a system of financing the return of Romanian gypsies but if, having taken advantege, if they are found in France again then things rapidly get black for them
