RIP Graham Enderby 62-71

Post by Mid A 15 »

I was sorry to read in the CHOBA Newsletter that Graham Enderby has passed away.

He and I were in Maine A together for a couple of years. I didn't have a great deal to do with him as he was a bit older but he was always amiable and friendly when our paths did cross.

However, it seems he went on to make a real difference to the legal rights of vulnerable people unable to defend themselves via the 'Bournewood Case:'

RIP Graham.

Thanks for that link, a remarkable story. Sadly vulnerable people still need advocates like Graham and his wife

Sad news - just read the Guardian obit. Can anyone tell me what senior house he was in? I was in Peel A 69-73 and wondering if he was too, two years ahead of me? His name is so familiar, though not someone I knew. He leaves a great legacy.
