The 'Old Blue': March 2020.

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but that's still CH related.

The 'Old Blue': March 2020.

Post by J.R. »

................. arrived through my letterbox this morning.

Is it just my imagination, or is it getting smaller and smaller by the issue ??

Maybe it just seems smaller because you're getting bigger and bigger. And bigger.

Go easy on the carbs, I'd say.

I don't think I get it in hard copy any more, I got an email link yesterday - and sent in a correction! In the VE Day section there are several quotations from Miss Page who was the wizened little old History teacher my first year. I contacted CH and told them she retired in 1960, and had a very gracious reply, they had been unable to find the date.

I also get the email version. The thing which really struck me (especially in the current climate) though I have not been back to check was the number of deceased OBs who left in 1943. That would make them in their early to mid nineties! Of course Bristol Uni did conclude that we would live longer than the average
What happens if a politician drowns in a river? That is pollution.
What happens if all of them drown? That is solution!!!
