Ditto especially anything emotional like being in love. It's hard work!

A conflagration of smokers (especially given the destructive sense of its meaning). And yes, I was a heavy smoker after school and (awful to admit it) all through a choral scholarship which never ceased to vex the choir master and amaze me that I could carry on. Still quite often fancy one after a good dinner, but obviously not at the mo with the bunlet in the range cooker, and having been 'clean' for over 10 years would be a bit of a waste of effort.
