Can you hear the bells?

Post by Eruresto »

Hello everybody,

I thought I would share the news that this morning I asked my better half to marry me...and she said yes. :D

Congratulations, Josh. I won't wish you luck because you already have it

.......... and are we going to get a running commentary on all the wedding preparations, as we did with Goldie? By the way, whatever happened to Goldie? Has married life life kept her too busy for this forum, or has she simply defected to Facebook?

Wasn't it Blondie?

Like you say she did just disappear if you mean her....

Whoops, sorry - yes, I mean Blondie! I blame it on the galloping senility - I've had it for years!

Thank you everyone! Leah was due to join me at OBD this year but can't make it, sadly. As for the running commentary, we're not looking at an aisle in the immediate future, but when we get to the stage where things are happening, expect nothing else from me! :wine:

Josh - my earlier congratulations have been transferred to another topic so please let me reiterate them here. I am delighted for you as, I suspect, are most contributors to the forum. Best wishes, Andrew Loring (and family - my wife remembers Rock School).

JOSH. Mine and Jan's heartiest congratulations to you both.

..... and on the Blondie subject. She is alive and well and has just completed another tour. Her voice, obviously, is not quite so melodic as her earlier years, but her performances are still fantastic !
