Anyone seeking opportunities in Manufacturing Engineering, Field Service Management, Services Management, or any IT (Development/Testing) positions, I'd be happy to help with contacts, advice, or anything at all.

Drop me a mail.

As i have worked in IT recruitment in Reading since 93 and now part own a recruitment agency I am also happy to give advice on either IT careers or recruitment

Long and short of it being - if your uni offers work placements and they look relevant to your interests do it the extra year before you graduate will easily be compensated by the quality of first post graduation job you get (and therefore higher pay)

If you are thinking of recruitment do not believe any ads saying 1st year OTE £45k, basically you will only get that at the really hard sell end of the market and then if you are willing to sell your granny. Unless you are a sales animal look for a more niche agency who specialise on building long term relationships and expertise in a given field.
