Archaeology? perhaps something to do with publishing - it shows you can spell. Egyptology - if your Arabic is up to speed and you can read hyroglyphs as easily as English then perhaps something in the travel courier business - but don't let the sun melt you.
More seriously you are going to have to stay in the UK; most other EU countries want a degree in the subject you will be working at. In the UK a degree can be accepted as evidence that you are semi-educated and are capable of learning - you can go into most areas (obviously not specialist areas like medicine ....)
