Ward/House changes

Post by seajayuu » Wed Dec 02, 2015 8:15 am

Since the boys are discussing this - how about us? I only remember the move from Junior Wards to Senior Wards, followed by the inevitable re-organisation when the Junior Wards closed.
I would have loved a Ward change (hated my Ward Mistress), but never heard of such a thing between '58 and '66.

I can't remember it happening either, Chrissy. There were times when a member of the Lower VI became a Mon when necessary. Caroline Griffin did in 6s, but can't remember whether there were U VI thought unsuitable or whether there weren't any of them!

I don't remember any evening out of numbers in year groups or anything like that. We ended up with 7 of us in the U VI in 6s, 4 of us stayed on for Oxbridge, I don't think that happened in any other house while I was there!
