This is a shameless plug I'm afraid! My son is a Deputy Grecian. At the end of Second Form he wrote a book called Blue Murder which was set at CH. He sold many copies through Parents' Days and Old Blues Day and he is now trying to relaunch it to a new audience in order to raise money for the Cool Earth charity. http://amzn.to/1dsKlVd

He has been awarded the Aston Prize for a 'great adventure' which is going to be to drive an auto rickshaw from one end of India to the other in August 2016. He is raising money for a charity called Cool Earth which works to protect the Amazonian rainforest.

Anyway, Blue Murder is available to buy on Kindle from the Amazon Kindle store. It is £5 with all proceeds going to Cool Earth.

Please share with any new parents as it would make a great present for a new second former!

It is a good book, set in CH and as such has an appeal to anyone who has been here as a pupil or member of staff. I would recommend it.

To answer some queries:

You don't need a Kindle to read the book as there are free Kindle apps for most platforms such as for an iPad and a PC.

https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/kindle- ... 84613?mt=8

Hope that helps!

In case anyone is still interested!

We drove the length of India in a tuk tuk and raised thousands of pounds for Cool Earth and the Special Care Baby Unit where Will was treated for so very long at the start of his life.

This week he was at the Mansion House giving a speech in front of the Lord Mayor and about 100 other people as he was awarded best trip report after his Lord Mayor's Award towards the trip to India.

He was proudly sporting his CH Old Blue badge on his suit.
