So do we know if they've now added the health-and-safety stuff, and hence that it's safe and easy to put a flag up?
Or was, as suggested, that it all depends on how important the occassion.....?

I drove past C.H. on the A.24 on Monday evening and the brief glimpse one can get of the water tower from the dual-carriageway showed me the flag had been safely removed AGAIN !
