Did anyone get caught smoking but not get in trouble for it?

Anything that doesn't fit anywhere else, but that's still CH related.

It's not as if you were wearing uniform (like we had to).
That's just it - when you're under 18 and the offies all ID you, you have to find other ways.. Waitrose was one of them!

Thank God we're off the fish, I was starting to flounder

Smoking is fab - I keep giving up as it's so much more fun to fail again after a few at the club - that first fag after a few days off is the best

Hmmm... know what you mean, but my student loan application didn't have a box to tick if you smoke and so need more money.
And roll-ups are such a pain if you're in a club! hence, run out of cigarettes, stop smoking. Again.

Do you ever have the odd nostalgic roll-up?

If I catch a whiff of Old Holborn it takes me right back.

No fair - I'm a student, and should be at the point now where I will definitely be waking up face-dpwn in a gutter.
But NOOOOO... I have exams tomorrow.

Not at my club - people as young as you and as old as 80 smoke rollups there and drink copious amounts of alcohol.

Good lord, boy, I never stopped with the old holborn - how could you smoke anything else?

It did help that at Art College everyone enjoyed rolls as they were seen to be more bohemian

I graduated to Gitanes myself. Lovely things.

Glad I stopped, though.

Enjoy it - it's a lovely evening!

By the way, have you thought of promoting your business through the Old Blues network?

Must be loads of O.B.s who want decent piccies of their offspring....
